Introduction package

The club offers the following $100 introduction package.

Short term six month Taranaki Gliding Club membership for $50.

Inital glider flight for a fixed price of $50.

Five further glider flights at club rates. 

For Adult members a typical glider flight comprising of a 2000ft tow (2000ft x $20 per 1000ft = $40) followed by a 30 minute glider flight (30 minute x1.35 per minute = $40.50) would cost $80.50). 

For Youth members a typical glider flight comprising of a 2000ft tow (2000ft x $20 per 1000ft = $40) followed by a 30 minute glider flight (30 minute x0.00 per minute = $0) would cost $40). 

Flying Costs

Your sixth glider flight triggers the end of the introductory package and the requirment to pay a full Taranaki Gliding Club membership fee.

You may of course elect to skip the introduction package and initially join the club as a full member and also elect to join the bulk flying scheme which is a really good deal (the majority of our active members elect to join the bulk flying scheme).
